Commentary Skills v0.6.1

Commentary now includes a dedicated eight-skill Inbox plugin for durable human requests, exact approvals, revisions, async continuation, and authorized workspace work.

• Add Inbox Triage, Workspace, and Design Effective Interactions skills.
• Expand existing Inbox skills with CLI/MCP/HTTP discovery, credential-granted workspace boundaries, current-task replies, future guidance, and human-confirmed full Review handoffs.
• Require exact immutable action binding and current-policy approval satisfaction before execution handoff. Answers, choices, and acknowledgments remain informational.
• Update adjacent Review, Form, and Research guidance, catalogs, manifests, and generated plugin copies.
• Correct example polling budgets, retry hints, exact ETags, payload-bound idempotency, revision invalidation, and received-first self-reported Fulfillment.
• Fix Form Design frontmatter compatibility and reject unquoted colon/whitespace values during validation.

New API workflows require capabilities advertised by the configured deployment. Examples do not execute external operations.

Validation: npm run verify passed, including all 32 deterministic example tests, catalog and generated-artifact checks, public-readiness checks, and formatting. Forward-test catalog checks are not behavioral agent evaluations.
