Add SMS support

Add example code and libraries for sending SMS messages from a backend application.
Will require a bit of analysis to pick a provider. AWS SNS is probably easiest and I think the pricing is reasonable, but it's worth looking into Twilio or others, keeping an eye on ease of integration, how easily we can tie it into the Zero setup, and cost.
