cz commit --amend

the idea is to implement cz commit --amend, to avoid the use of git

I need to know if you have ideas to implement it. I can do it, but I need to discuss to be compliant with your view.

I don't think I'm a fan of this feature. One of the questions I can think of is how will the interface look like. Will it look like the original cz questionary or just the same as git commit --amend?
