In fact, all the scripts have actually been running on the new core for a few weeks now :-) That was really just a remnant that I hadn’t got round to removing yet. So there’s no need to panic; the former tteck code has, of course, evolved, been improved and expanded in almost every respect. It had become too confusing to maintain everything in two places (DevRepo, ProxmoxVE and Incus), hence the decision to move everything into a separate core. This has many advantages, e.g. Anyone can access the core source code and build their own scripts without ever having to change anything in the core or the source code (as has been the case up to now), which also eliminates the need for multiple copies across all our repositories. |

#18294
just wanted to put up a discussion about the dropping of all the legacy code from tteck
i thought you had moved it, but it seems it just been dropped ??
I've still been using the tteck scripts, and have been for ages after he passed his project to this "community scripts"
but with everything, things update, and his scripts began to fall out of supported version of things (mainly Proxmox)
so i moved over the the community-scripts legacy code, which was his code, just updated :)
was all working lovely, on a few of my projects.
until today :( woke up with a few message from people with broken code.
i look into it, thinking github was down, no, all that work has been deleted.
doesn't seem very "community-scripts" like :(
not sure what there is to do, now its gone. just seems like tteck memory being deleted too :(** EDIT **
ok found its all now been refactored into
https://github.com/community-scripts/core
feel much better now, sorry, i panicked there !
i will leave this up, and not just delete it, as may help others in same situation !
