Hey,

It is not easy for us to monitor our Concourse chart being up to date with its dependencies (currently only postgresql).

suggesting to add a job that checks the current dependencies versions against the latest versions. It should be non-blocking though, as we won't be obliged to bump the dependencies until tested.
