Highlights

  • RegionTimeSeries now supports shape, indexing, iteration and the NumPy array protocol, so it can be used directly with NumPy functions.
  • BrainPlotter gains a reload_config method. BrainPlotter.plot now keeps the maps in the order requested, and colorbar font sizes follow the figure configuration.
  • process_v_limits accepts None and automatic limits.
  • compute_fc_matrix accepts a selection of a single region.

Fixes

  • interpolate_on_tractogram keeps points on the last voxel inside the interpolation grid.
  • load_scalar_maps only falls back to the morphometry reader for non-table files.
  • get_subjects validates the root directory and lists only directories.

  • New task index and a "What can you do with CLABTOOLKIT?" section in the README and the docs.
  • Card grids with module icons in the API Reference and Examples pages.
  • Module docstrings and an overview above the API listing in each module page. Every public function of misctools is now documented.
  • Usage notebooks no longer use fixed paths, and the filter_by_mask example was added.
  • Updated CONTRIBUTING.rst with coding standards and the release process.

Tests

Extended test suite covering BrainPlotter, plot_hemispheres, plot_scene, create_carpet_plot, RegionTimeSeries, dicomtools and the misctools helpers. The tests use fake plotters, so they don't need a display.
