Initial development preview of anatplot, a Python package for brain surface maps, anatomical regions, and electrode contacts.

  • SurfacePlot provides cortical maps, parcellations, contacts, and Matplotlib figure composition.
  • ROIPlot and VolumePlot provide region and whole-brain scenes and remain under development.
  • Python 3.10 or newer; MIT license. APIs may change during development.
