I also reorganized the README to separate example code into file-based and stream-based, because it was getting a bit confusing. The "Define manifest JSON" and "Signing function" sections define code used in both kinds.

Question: Per https://github.com/contentauth/c2pa-rs/blob/main/README.md#supported-file-formats, the Rust library supports mp3 and gif file types, but those types are not listed as supported here. Is that an oversight?
