Add stable Agent policy switches for production entry, source access, Review, package choices, Git delivery, publication and recovery.
Reduce repeated confirmation for bounded work-start reports and previously approved recovery scopes while retaining high-impact gates.
Support an isolated Lark CLI fallback through CONTEXT_LARK_CLI_BIN without replacing the host's global installation.
Clarify workspace version and delivery guidance so version recording does not imply a commit or publication.
Require an explicit agent for local plugin installation and keep generated host projections aligned.
