Reading reports now focus on read progress and revision notes. Users can review revised articles, copy complete feedback, and confirm in conversation without copying a review code. Copying feedback shows a five-second success preview.

• Keep article-level notes in a single input with an inline clear action.
• Show revised articles together and link their titles back to the report body.
• Apply explicit confirmation only to the reviewed scope; process requested repairs before continuing when the user approves both actions.
• Preserve CLI compatibility for legacy review-code files and --force, with migration guidance on stderr.

Validation: workspace build, typecheck, lint, 1,967 default tests, 39 full-only integration tests, Node dist smoke checks, packaged CLI contract checks, and all 13 package dry-run audits passed.
