Changes

Optional read-only remote code evidence via context-sourcegraph at recorded repository revisions.
Keep exact repository identity, returned commit, repository-relative path and actual line ranges when citing evidence.
Preserve successful and partial batch reads, retry only necessary gaps, and retain explicit local/offline fallback.
Existing knowledge retrieval order and production source recovery remain unchanged.

Validation

Complete local build, typecheck, lint, unit/integration suite, full-only scenarios, Node dist consumers and built CLI artifact checks passed. Lint has pre-existing warnings, no errors.
