Multilingual knowledge websites

• Declare reader languages with site.locales; translations live under translations/<tag>/ with freshness tracking against the approved original.
• Add context translate commands and the translate-site-locales workflow step, plus a site translation manual.
• Publish each page once with every language; the reader's language selects the visible content at the same URL. Stale translations show an outdated notice with a switch to the original, missing ones fall back to the original, and site search covers every language.

Navigation extensions

• Add site.nav, site.more and site.socialLinks for top-bar navigation, a "More" menu and social links.
• Add site.titleLink and a brand slot so the top bar can link to a product homepage and show a logo.
• Remount slot components after load for readers starting in the dark theme.

Validation

• Workspace build and bun run verify passed locally (2031 tests, no failures); the generated plugin projection is unchanged.
• Sharded full verification runs on the release branch before publication, and the release workflow runs full verification afterward.
