• Searching another project of the workspace from a session elsewhere returns
  repository-relative paths (#214). Results were rooted at that project's
  recorded folder, which belongs to whichever machine first indexed it and
  may no longer exist; agents could not read those paths and fell back to
  grep. The recorded folder is still the root when this session holds a
  checkout of the project or this process can read it.
