Allows command line option/config option, to flip the scroll wheel behavior

Tested locally - I think we are missing a few places where the scrolling setting is not applied:

  • full screen logs when hitting "f" (even in normal mode with no reverse scroll flag - the full screen mode seems to have opposite behavior from regular mode for mouse scroll wheel...)
  • log patterns detail
  • attributes detail
  • log detail (prob the chat window too but didn't test that)
