Patch release fixing a few small bugs:

Fixes

• Off-by-one error required one extra execution to complete verification.
• In rare circumstances, parsing of rand and floor functions in SCXML would break.

Changes

• Parsing is now deterministic, so that the CS constructed from a model is consistent across runs.
