Bug Fixes
new Coolhand() now patches http/https under native ESM on Node 20.16+ / 22.3+. With no require available, module loading falls back to process.getBuiltinModule when createRequire is missing or throws, so ESM apps get http/https interception instead of fetch-only. http and https are assigned together, so a partial load failure can't leave only one patched. Native ESM on older Node still gets fetch-only interception. (#300, #301)
The "HTTP modules not available" warning now respects silent, and its text points to initializeGlobalMonitoring() or the CommonJS build. With the default silent: true it no longer prints. docs/global-monitoring.md now says which entry point patches http/https under ESM. (#300, #301)
