Session manager records from versions before 0.43.0 no longer block server start-up; entity activation stops logging a caught exception when config versioning is unused.

Fixed

  • SessionManagerGrain failed to activate on records written before 0.43.0 (SessionResponse field 4 changed type). The record now lives under a new state name "sessionMgr2"; old records are ignored and the client reconnects once. Old sessionMgr data can be deleted.
  • Entity activation no longer throws and logs a caught exception when IConfigVersionResolver is not registered; optional services resolve through MetaProviderBase.OptionalServiceResolver.

Added

  • Session resume records persist under grain storage SessionStorage.ProviderName ("SharedMetaSessions"), falling back to "Default". Register a separate provider (in-memory, or a store that can be wiped) to keep them apart from game state.
