Add the as property in the CHeader component to use semantic tag

The component CHeader write the tag div, with this custom property we can use header tag

<CHeader> ... </CHeader>
// Out put: <div class="header"> ... </div>

<CHeader as="header"> ... </CHeader>
// Out put: <header class="header"> ... </header>
