* Add whoami command and api-keys current subcommand
- cortex whoami: decodes the current API key JWT and displays identity
metadata (base URL, tenant, user ID, token type, auth scope,
issued/expiry timestamps, last 4 chars)
- cortex api-keys current: prints the raw API key for use in scripts,
e.g. export KEY=$(cortex api-keys current)

* feat: add whoami command and api-keys current subcommand
- whoami: decodes the current JWT API key and displays tenant, user/tenant ID, token type, auth scope, issued/expiry times, and last 4 chars
- api-keys current: prints the raw API key in use (useful for shell substitution)
- Remove top-level ai-skills command (functionality lives under solutions)
- Show help instead of error when cortex is invoked with no subcommand
