What's changed

Native OpenCode transport errors

OpenCode now records terminal network and transport failures as native message errors instead of successful assistant text. Endpoint and account fallbacks still run first; after they are exhausted, the original error (for example, ECONNRESET) reaches OpenCode's retry and error pipeline.

The architecture and structure guides now match the v2.2.1 source tree and document the terminal transport-error invariant.
