• Clearer guidance for a Claustrum vault that's too old. When the vault can't connect plugins, the OpenCode and Pi vault menus now say how to fix it: run ck upgrade to move to Claustrum v0.2.0 or newer, reading "Upgrading from v0.1.3" in its release notes first, or keep using your local accounts. This matches what setup prints.
• Cancelling a request during a vault credential refresh. If you cancel a request right after the plugin fetches a fresh vault credential, the request now ends as cancelled. Before, the plugin still told the vault the earlier credential had been rejected.
