Fixed

• OpenCode 2 vault quota shows in the sidebar. In vault mode the background check recorded quota, but the sidebar showed "no quota reading yet" for every account, because the reading's time was dropped on the way. Each account now shows its quota with how old the reading is, and the status shows when quota was last checked (#49, also found in #42 by @TodoniK).
• Fewer file writes per vault quota check. A check now saves all accounts' readings in one write instead of one per account (#51).

Changed

• The OpenCode 2 Antigravity sidebar section matches OpenCode 1. It uses the host theme's colours and has a ▼/▶ ANTIGRAVITY header with the plugin version. Clicking the header collapses it to one line per account, and the choice survives a reload. It also has Quota and Routing headings and the same indent as other sections, and it no longer shows a health line (#53; theme colours from #42 by @TodoniK).
