Vault mode quota

• In vault mode, OpenCode now reads quota for vault accounts automatically, on the background_quota_refresh_interval_minutes schedule. Only one OpenCode process polls at a time. A reading is due only when the newest reading for an account is older than the polling interval.
• The manual /antigravity → Quota check in vault mode now updates the sidebar immediately. Previously it recorded the reading but left the sidebar at "no quota reading yet".
• Readings keep their real fetch time, including readings taken by another OpenCode window.

Menu

• After switching between local accounts and the vault from /antigravity → Vault, the menu immediately shows the active mode's accounts and actions. Previously it could keep showing local accounts and the local Sign in action until reopened.

Sidebar state file (version 2)

• The owner-only sidebar state file now uses version 2. It adds each account's email when known, unrounded remainingFraction values, and the time each quota reading was taken. The format is documented in packages/opencode/docs/sidebar-contract.md, for tools that read this file.
• The sidebar itself still shows ordinal labels such as "Account 1"; emails are never displayed.

Packaging

• Type declarations for the package's main entry now use resolvable .js import paths, matching the OpenCode 2 entry.
