Mutation catalogues are retired fleet-wide: a bug fix keeps one proof that
its new test fails without the fix, shown once, and nothing else.
- Remove mutations.toml and its catalogue-only lister scripts/list-bun-tests.mjs.
- ci.yml: drop the mutations-pr and mutations-main jobs, the pinned
ckdev-mutate revision, and the nightly schedule that only ran the catalogue.
- windows-private-files.yml: drop the two Bun mutation-proof steps and their
outcomes from the required-checks gate. The real Windows product tests and
the path filters are unchanged. Remove the Windows rows, applier, anchor
checker and its test, and the mutation steps from the probe-account test.
- verify-release-ci.mjs: require the CI jobs that remain, by the names the
jobs API reports for matrix jobs ("check (1.3.14)" and so on). The previous
bare names "check" and "opencode2-placement" stopped matching once those
jobs became matrices, so a release would have been refused as missing them.
claustrum-hub-macos is now required too. A failed run, a missing job and a
skipped job still block the release.
- Docs: drop the catalogue mentions in adoption-inventory.md and sources.md.
README.md keeps its catalogue section for now: npm packs README, and the
0.27.0 tarball must stay byte-identical. It is removed after 0.27.0 is tagged.
