Dashboard 0.20.18

Reads Broca logs that use three new log features:

  • provider-declarations/v1: a run's plan manifest records the result formats and late_results capability its tool providers declare.
  • provider-held/v1: held tool-call records and a tool_held pause reason.
  • plan-reference-slots/v1: a run's plan manifest records the reference slots its tools declare.

The dashboard doesn't use these fields. Without this release, it stops reading a Broca log at the first record that requires one of them, and the steps after that point don't show.
