Dashboard 0.20.20

Reads Broca logs that use two new log features:

  • provider-fallback-block/v1: a message can carry a part recording a provider's server-side switch to another model.
  • refusal-fallback/v1: a refused model step is recorded, and a finished step can say which model actually served it.

The dashboard doesn't use these fields, and a run that carries them keeps all its steps and usage. Without this release, the dashboard stops reading a Broca log at the first record that requires one of these features.
