Dashboard 0.20.21

Reads Broca logs that use one new log feature:

  • output-reservation/v1: a record written before a step whose output cap Broca lowered so the request fits the model's window.

The dashboard doesn't use this record. Without this release, it stops reading a Broca log at the first record that requires the feature, and the steps after that point don't show.
