a readme tutorial of how to use the module is Demo or Documentation ?

I would probably classify that as Demo, documentation would be higher level...can say something like Demo/Walkthough...so that topmost list of "this module does..." would include:

  • ADR/Specification
  • Repository
  • Readme/Documentation
  • Light Paper/Blog Post
  • Demo/Tutorial
