500 Error

When I try php-simple-proxy on my server, I get "HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error)" for remote URLs. Was I supposed to install curl or something?

Please add a note in the documentation that php5-curl is required (e.g. sudo apt-get install php5-curl).
