US 119-180 21.4.15p1 [meta.reflection.array] Merge subclauses on promotion to static storage arrays #749
Description
The name and (1) seem incorrect here. The section is called "Promoting to static storage arrays", similar to 21.4.3, but it's doing strings as well. (1) is also a copy-paste of the overview of 21.4.3 (1). This section and 21.4.3 should also be merged or put alongside each other.
Proposed change:
Merge this clause with the (renamed) 21.4.3 above.
