Summary

SG6 provided the following feedback:

• Consider the use of common_type instead of convertible_to.

• Replace zip_view with a more general requirement of a range of pairs (range
  of size 2). Consider trade-off wrt. passing two ranges.

• Is weakly_incrementable enough to enable parallelization?

• Consider where infinities could/should be included (e.g. percentile, median).
  Compare with e.g. Python.

• Consider no preconditions (include even NaN) on sorted inputs (i.e. sorted is
  the only precondition).

No polls were taken.
Recommendation to pursue P1708 in LEWG first to get library feedback as soon as
possible.
