Author asked to present this to EWGI since it is a replacement to P2623R2, which was scheduled for EWGI. It was seen by EWGI in the February 8th, 2023 evening session in Issaquah. No polls were taken.

Also, this paper also proposes improvements to the C standard, so this should probably visit SG22/WG14.

The paper status was briefly discussed in the SG23 telecon on 2023-04-17 and the consensus was that the paper was already covered by scope the disussion of the companion papers (P2740R2 "Simpler implicit dangling resolution", P2742R2 "indirect dangling identification", and P2750R2 "C Dangling Reduction" on 2023-03-06.
