The paper status was briefly discussed in the SG23 telecon on 2023-04-17 and the consensus was that the paper was already covered by scope the disussion of the companion papers (P2740R2 "Simpler implicit dangling resolution", P2742R2 "indirect dangling identification", and P2750R2 "C Dangling Reduction" on 2023-03-06.
