The Text and Unicode study group forwarded this to Library Evolution in a recent telecon review.

SG16 reviewed P2873R0 during its 2023-05-24 meeting and reconfirmed its prior consensus for no objection to removal of the deprecated features as originally established when discussing P2139R2 (Reviewing Deprecated Facilities of C++20 for C++23) during its 2020-07-22 meeting.

@inbal2l, following further discussion with Alisdair, I'm going to pull this paper back into SG16 for additional discussion.

SG16 further discussed this paper and some related LWG issues during the 2023-10-25 SG16 meeting. No polls have been taken yet but I expect to reconfirm support for the paper as is in an upcoming meeting.
