Summary

The method suggested in the paper got support, even though some issues occurred:

1. Questions regarding the need for such a method, as we already aim to have similar considerations with the existing proposals' structure (Motivation, design considerations).
2. Question on whether this can create too much of an overhead, especially for small/medium non-controversial topics.
3. There was a concern that the classifications proposed may be biased and affected by opinions, and therefore, the "grades" may be biased (as the "grades" and importance may be affected by one's assumptions).

Next Steps

LEWG was curious about the method presented in P3005R0 but asked for: (1) More field experience and (2) More consideration for when and where this could be used, and (3) An exploration of how to avoid classifications to be subjective

It is yet to be seen whether this can help (while at the same time not creating more-than-needed effort) to get the "correct" outcome.
