Summary SG1 feedback on D1108R3:

• concurrently invoking member functions of web_view does not introduce data races
• re-entering member functions of web_view is defined
• consider making display/run synchronous until we have sender/receivers to use
• wait, wait_for, wait_until
• close "returns before the window is closed"
• remove close handler if not needed, or move it to the constructor
• if the destructor closes the window, it blocks for close and callbacks to complete
  • note that we may want to prohibit inheriting from this, if it's not already prohibited
• uri handler runs on unspecified threads (plural) until we have executors to use
  Adopt this summary - no objections

SG16 reviewed a draft of P1108R3 at our telecon held August 21st, 2019. A summary of the meeting is available at https://github.com/sg16-unicode/sg16-meetings/blob/master/README.md#august-21st-2019.

No polls were taken. SG16 looks forward to a new revision of the paper that addresses the feedback that was provided.
