@tituswinters suggested that EWG see this paper to determine if there's appetite for a language-level solution to the ADL woes that this paper is addressing.

EWG saw the proposal. We did not take a poll, but the general feeling was that there were some concerns with a library-only solution to the problem. Several interested parties are planning on working with the paper authors to try to come up with such a language feature.
