It was not presented in SG6. I know nothing about SG19, which it targets and which was the incubator for the statistics paper(s) that we then looked at in SG6. It may have been mentioned in SG6 discussion of P1708, but a search in the wiki turned up nothing. So I assumed SG19 dealt with it.
