GUI resolution not stable

Ok, i wouldn't know how to accurately describe this
For example, setting GUI res to 1080p / 120Hz
After playing something back (4K file) it sometimes get stuck on 1080p / 24Hz (and needs a Kodi restart) or even 2160p / 24Hz (and needs being changed within the menu)

Did anyone else encounter this?
AM6b+ / A14 / LG G3 OLED TV (if it matters)

I encounter this sometimes when the exit from playback is unclean somehow in PM4K.

It is a very occasional error but something I'm mindful of.
