Clean up lefticus' github repositories

Insofar as "best practices" goes:

When I see lefticus' github repository list, I think this privately:

*face palm* one of these guys with the crazy disorganized repositories list and a bunch of mixed in random forks of other projects and random postings of small insignificant test projects so that I cannot see the list of projects that he actually created and maintains and I have to scroll through for 10 minutes figuring out what-is-what

How to alleviate this problem:

1. Create a user called lefticusprivate
2. Move all your junk and test projects and random forks there
3. Leave your serious and significant projects on lefticus.

A suggestion to move cppbestpractices to its own organization might have merit, but I have enough other organizations I'm involved in / manage.

"pinned repositories" does not work because it logically cannot ever be relied upon. The front page show exactly 6 pinned repositories. There may or may not be other significant repositories which do not fit on the front page. It is random depending on the developer and their project count. Because there are other developers besides yourself, and with other practices and project counts, we are therefore always required to open up the repositories list in order to see the list of actual projects. In your case, you have one of the messy lists. Are those 6 projects your 6 main projects? Who knows? (I literally don't know, I'll have to go through your list and process it to see if you have some others beyond those 6.)

Do you have no other significant projects beyond those 6? Those are the only 6? Why am I spending time on this...

"Best" Practices means that something is literally "The Best". If your repository list causes me to use up time for no purpose while I sort through your private details, then it is literally not "The Best"

Best Practice:

• Present a more professional outward representation with only serious projects listed.
