I'm an Engineer at Atsign, building the platform where everybody (and everything) can put their data and control who has access to it.
Your thing, your data
Further background on my LinkedIn Profile.
- FaaSonK8s - A list of Functions as a Service (FaaS) serverless platforms that run on Kubernetes.
- hyde-msp-example - Example of multiple single pages on Hugo using the Hyde theme.
- cpswan.github.io - Hugo source and GitHub Actions used to publish chris.swanz.net on GitHub pages.
- dockerfiles - Source for my Docker Hub builds. The only one that's really active these days is Node-RED, but you shouldn't use it as they long ago started publisheding their own official Node-RED Docker image.
- RPi_sousvide - is the code used for my Raspberry Pi controlled sous vide water bath.
Sometimes I fork stuff just so that I have a point in time copy. Other times I fork stuff to contribute a change, typically docs fixes when I've struggled through installing something. I forked all of The Atsign Foundation repos to add guidelines and templates (and to set up for future contributions). Most recently I've been adding a few bits and pieces to MAME.
- at_swarm_load Python script and Dockerfile to send load average and root volume disk utilisation into Google Cloud Platform (Stackdriver) custom metrics so that Flatcar Linux based hosts can be monitored.
- certinfo-action a GitHub Action to install @pete911's certinfo into a workflow.
- dump_cards is a set of scripts for dumping GitHub projects to CSV files that can be imported to PlanningPoker.com. With the shift to Projects Next (aka Projects Beta aka Memex) it's given me a chance to learn some GraphQL.
- labels is a repo to push a
standard set of labels to the other repos we use so that we have consistent
labeling.
More on the Managing GitHub Labels post over at blog.atsign.dev. - at_dockerfiles has examples and automation for multi architecture (x86_64, Arm, Arm64) images for Dart, which has now been incorporated into the Dart official image. Brought back from deprecation to add RISC-V images.
- DXC Online DevOps Dojo is 'a novel set of hands on learning modules which cover both cultural and technical aspects of DevOps'.
I have a blog and also write about DevOps, Cloud and Security stuff at InfoQ.
I co-host the Tech Debt Burndown Podcast with Nick Selby.
