Highlights

  • Add source-scoped architecture and community views, compact hotspot rankings, and optional labelled inferred/document connections. Freshness warnings identify old graph revisions and source-tree changes; CLI and MCP responses include recovery guidance and versioned freshness metadata.
  • Make typed query and MCP answers compact and source-located by default. Add UTF-8 output budgets with exact continuations, immutable saved-output reading through compass output, and bounded caching for complete native-query responses.
  • Fix graph identity and clustering edge cases: recluster communities after topology splits, keep hierarchy IDs unique, preserve distinct Markdown/R identities and HTML table/link occurrences, and publish empty shell files without zero-range entrypoints. Invalidate stale extraction/publication caches while retaining known hierarchy signature-v1 artifacts.
