Multi-select pickers the host searches, with plain rows for choices that are not labels and the query on a line of its own. Drag handles that slide only while a gesture runs, and drag regions without carried groups.

• MultiSelect::with_search lets the host answer each query: every change of the query is a MultiSelectEvent::Searched, the rows are the choices that are off in the order set_choices answers them, and an empty query shows no rows. The choices that are on show only as chips.
• MultiSelect::with_plain_rows paints each row's name as text rather than as a chip.
• MultiSelect::with_placeholder sets what the empty query field says.

Changed

• A multi-select's chosen chips sit on their own line, over the query field.
• A multi-select's query field says "Search…", and "Search or create…" only with with_create.
• MultiSelectEvent has a Searched variant.
• Region::carries is gone: a host leaves a carried heading's rows out of the list itself while the heading is in flight, and lands them with it.

Fixed

• Drag handles slide into place only during a gesture and the frame it settles in; a handle that moves at any other time snaps.
