Added
The local cross-repository verification helper can compose packages from several producers, each at its own local version, through a composition manifest: verify-pack --composition, use-nuget --composition and verify-assets --composition. Activation is journaled and recovers from interrupted runs, and concurrent sessions are locked out. Consumers with a nested Directory.Packages.props or a project that opts out of central package management resolve the composed packages too. A dependency-range conflict between two packages outside the composition is reported as a warning, since NuGet reports it without the overlay as well. (#900)
stamp --base-version builds local package versions for major-version release branches such as release/5.0. (part of #885)
Changed
clean keeps local package stamps that a registered consumer still references, and the local-packaging skill documents per-worktree NuGet caches, when to use local packages, migrating a hand-rolled feed and HTTP feed caching. (part of #885)
