Added

• A new opt-in engineering profile, cratis/orchestration, for multi-session autonomous work. It composes cratis/engineering/core, and no other profile includes it. (part of #857)

• The cratis-orchestration-lanes skill sets the protocol for two or more lanes working at once:

  • roles;
  • claims with a lease, whose expiry marks a claim stale but never overrides live ownership;
  • a typed file inbox with token-exact matching;
  • lane briefs and worktree discipline;
  • escalation limits;
  • context handoffs;
  • roll calls answered from git and GitHub state.

  User-specific values are placeholders with bounded, overridable defaults. (part of #857)
