Fixed

• Hook scripts no longer test values with printf … | grep -q under pipefail. That pattern could turn a true test false when grep exited early, which could make the slice-scope report skip its specification check. The slice-scope report, the type-reference self-test and the worktree-cleanup self-test now use here-strings, and a corpus check fails if a hook script reintroduces the pattern. Run cratis ai update to get the fixed hooks. (#938)
