A command whose returned events for one event source id carry different legacy-routed concurrency guards is no longer rejected: Arc sends every distinct guard to Chronicle in event order, and the append succeeds only when each one holds. Guards for the same stream and event types collapse to one. Mixing legacy-routed guards with a guard Chronicle derives from an event source definition for the same id is still rejected with IncompatibleConcurrencyScopesForEventSource. Requires a Chronicle kernel 19.84 or later. (#3439)
