• Command scenarios whose command declares read protection or protected decision dependencies now build only the decision event store instead of also building and discarding a full in-memory event scenario, cutting per-scenario setup allocation by roughly 40%. In this automatic decision mode Context["Chronicle.EventScenario"] is absent and the EventScenario facade is unavailable. (#3509)
