• IApplicationCalendar resolves the time zone for an operation (operation, then tenant through ICanProvideTenantCalendar, then Cratis:Arc:Calendar:TimeZone, default UTC) and rejects ids that are not IANA zones at startup. See Application calendar. (#3521)
• ReevaluateAtBoundaries re-evaluates a live query answer when a clock boundary passes, such as the local date changing, not only when the data changes. (#3521)
• Unchanged builds now skip proxy discovery and keep the generated files; set CratisProxiesIncremental to false to always regenerate. (#3524)
