• At startup, Arc now reports commands whose DecisionRead<T> parameters Chronicle would refuse: it logs them, and stops the host when read protection is On. Reads that Provide() supplies are checked when they execute. (#2933)
• Client-side "is required" validation results from Command now carry reasonDetail: 'Required' (exported as ValidationResultReasonDetail.Required), so applications can replace the message without matching its text. (#3531)

• Controller-based commands now complete their unit of work before responding, so a refused append returns a non-success result instead of 200 OK. (#3254)
• The publish workflow now waits until every npm package of a release is visible on the registry before it triggers downstream dependency updates. Installs started by those updates no longer fail on a sibling package that is not yet visible. (#3062)

Fixed

• Model-bound queries accept string-keyed dictionary arguments with primitive, concept, enum or Guid values, and the generated TypeScript proxy sends them as JSON instead of dropping them. (#3527)
